Limitation of Liability:

Esse Aesthetics will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this website.

Shipping:

- We currently ship products within Australia only.
- Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days for metro, 5–10 for regional areas.
- Shipping fee: Flat rate of $10, or free for orders over $150.

 

Refunds & Returns:

- Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare or cosmetic items.
- If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is approved.

 

Cancellations:

- You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund (if it hasn’t shipped).

Booking Deposits:

- A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- This deposit is redeemable against the cost of treatment or any in-clinic product purchase on the day of your appointment and can also be refunded if you do not wish to go ahead with treatment.
- The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

- Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours prior without loss of deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to attend the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Validity:

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date will be displayed on the gift voucher.

 

Using your gift voucher:
Esse gift vouchers are issued as a monetary credit and can be redeemed towards any Esse service available at the time of booking, subject to availability.

The services offered at Esse Aesthetics may change over time. Your gift voucher is therefore not restricted to the services available at the time of purchase and may be used towards any eligible Esse service available when you choose to redeem it.

Redeeming your voucher:
Gift vouchers must be quoted or presented when making your booking and/or payment.

If the value of your chosen service exceeds the voucher balance, the difference can be paid using another accepted payment method.

If the value of your chosen service is less than the voucher balance, the remaining balance can be retained and used towards a future eligible Esse service, provided the voucher has not expired.

Expiry:
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date, unless otherwise required by law.

Other conditions:
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Esse gift vouchers are subject to these terms and conditions and the availability of services at the time of redemption.

These terms do not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
