Esse Aesthetics & Wellness Rooms was founded by Registered Nurse Stacey as a collective of small businesses dedicated to providing integrated aesthetic and wellness care.

Created with the vision of offering a sanctuary for women, Esse is a space that nurtures, empowers, and supports clients to feel like the best version of themselves. It is a place that encourages self-care, self-love, and confidence at every life stage.

We proudly champion positive ageing and offer guidance through life’s seasons of transition. Close to Nurse Stacey’s heart are the stages of matrescence, perimenopause, and menopaus: times when identity, confidence, and wellbeing often need extra support.

To bring this vision to life, Stacey has thoughtfully curated a range of complementary services to create a true one-stop destination for holistic care. Alongside her non-surgical cosmetic treatments, Stacey also offers telehealth consults with the sought after Dr. Isabella Sillar who specialises in women’s health, particularly menopause and menopause. Also on offer are Weight Management and Hair Rejuvenation consultations. The rooms also host practitioners in Naturopathy, Counselling, Massage Therapy, Facials, and Advanced Skin Therapies.

Each practitioner brings extensive expertise within their field and a shared understanding of how our services interconnect, working together to create opportunities for optimal health, balance, and wellbeing.

About Stacey
Hello, I’m Stacey - Registered Nurse/Midwife and founder of Esse. NMW0002075435/NMW002075436.
Building trust is incredibly important to me, especially when you’re trusting me with your face. Due to Australian regulations, I can no longer show before-and-after photos or name specific services I provide. While I’m proud of my previous results, I’m fully committed to meeting all professional requirements as an RN. So instead, I’d love to share a little about who I am.
I’m a wife to my wonderful husband Jesse and mum to two gorgeous little girls. They definitely take after their dad with their big, bright personalities. There’s truly never a dull (or quiet!) moment in our home. Life is busy, chaotic, full of love… and I wouldn’t change a thing. When I’m not hanging with my family, friends or running the business you’ll find me either at the gym or beach!
I became a dual Registered Nurse + Midwife in 2017 and have since worked across Surgical, Plastics and General wards, as well as in birth suite, antenatal and postnatal care. In 2018 I began working in non-surgical Cosmetic Nursing alongside my hospital roles, practising in busy South Yarra and Port Melbourne clinics. I’m also currently a Maternal Child Health Nurse. I genuinely love the variety and connection that each role brings.
Aesthetics has always held a special place in my heart, and it’s where my passion and skillset truly shine. After years of dreaming, planning and refining my vision, I created Esse here in Mount Martha to offer a boutique, holistic approach to skin, aesthetics and wellness.
Women’s health is a deep passion of mine, and I am committed to supporting women through life’s most transformative seasons: postpartum, matrescence, perimenopause and menopause. These transitions can reshape identity, confidence and wellbeing. I believe women are truly extraordinary, and I feel honoured to help them reconnect with their strength, their beauty and their sense of self.
